GSAFE is a local Greensboro organization working with students, educators, and parents in Guilford County to make public schools safer and more productive for students who are or perceived to be gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender.
The Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network strives to assure that each member of every school community is valued and respected regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity/expression.
Trans Youth Family Allies specializes in educating families of transgender children and their schools about safe, supportive environments for these children.
